Twenty Years of Trailer Manufacturing and Export
SINOHENG has produced and sold truck trailers for over two decades, based in Liangshan, Shandong Province, one of the largest trailer manufacturing bases in the world. Our trading department is based in the port cities of Qingdao and Jinan.
The factory covers 420,000 square metres with hi-tech production units and a well-established manufacturing process capable of mass production. Our main products are flatbed, low-bed, fence, dump, container, frame, oil tank, powder tank, side curtain and side-mounted truck trailers, and we provide customization across the range.
We have spent years researching the markets of Africa, South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, Oceania and North America. Depending on the environmental conditions of different countries, we develop the transport solutions that suit local users. SINOHENG truck trailers have been exported successfully to more than 40 countries and have withstood a wide range of tough operating conditions.
How We Build for Service Life
SINOHENG has developed a complete quality management system. From raw material procurement to final inspection of finished products, the whole process is monitored so each trailer meets its intended standard.
Semi-trailers are made from high quality carbon steel with no compromise on material cost. Robotic welding is combined with manual welding by experienced welders. Core components including axles, suspensions, tires and braking are manufactured by globally recognised brands such as FUWA, BPW and WABCO, which is what delivers the driving stability and braking performance, and the stated effect is a service life extended by at least 30 percent.
SINOHENG states EU CE certification and ISO 9001 quality management system certification. Individual product specifications on the source catalogue additionally list ECE, GCC, DOT, CCC, ISO/TS16949 and API markings on particular models. Certificate scope and validity are confirmed per model and per destination before shipment.
Deep Customization as Standard
Large scale production is the cheapest way to manufacture, but we favour personalised deep customization even at lower margins. Depending on local circumstances we execute detail and technical changes so products fit different countries: axle count, cargo bearing capacity, body size and body structure are all tailored to real transport needs, and ABS anti-lock braking is available as an option on many models.
All products are designed and manufactured in house. More than 60,000 semi-trailers have been produced and exported, which is where our experience in deep modification comes from. If you have a special requirement, send it to our sales manager and our technicians will provide one-to-one service. Once you approve and sign the drawing, we produce and deliver.
What We Commit To
Built To Your Axle Limits
Per-axle enforcement differs between every market we ship to. We specify axle count, spacing and tire size against the rules where the trailer will run, so it is not turned back at the first weighbridge.
Components You Can Service Locally
Axles, suspensions, tires and braking from FUWA, BPW and WABCO, with JOST kingpins and landing gear. Named brands with real service networks, not unlabelled parts that strand a trailer after one failure.
Specification, Not A Catalogue Number
Deck height, plate thickness, tank volume, spring leaf count, kingpin size and paint system are all set on your order drawing. You approve the drawing before production starts.
Stock In 10 Days Or Custom In 45
Spot models can be dispatched in as little as 10 days. A customized build is normally about 45 days from signed drawings, and urgent orders can be put on an expedited production process.
One Year Warranty And Lifetime Parts
One year quality assurance from delivery. Spare parts supply continues for the whole service life of the trailer, however long ago you bought it, and engineers can travel to your country where a fault needs on-site attention.
FOB Or CIF, Your Choice
We quote FOB to a Chinese port with your own forwarder, or CIF to your port with shipping and insurance arranged by us. Long-standing forwarder relationships keep the freight rate competitive.
From Enquiry To Delivered Trailer
Requirement Review
Tell us the country of use, road conditions, cargo type, load weight and any axle-load rules. We match a model and configuration rather than quoting the first trailer on the list.
Specification And Quotation
We confirm axle count and brand, suspension type, tire and rim size, deck height or tank volume, plate thickness, kingpin size and paint system, then quote FOB or CIF. This usually takes one to three days.
Drawing Approval
For a customized build you receive the design drawing. Nothing is cut until you have reviewed and signed it, and you can take part directly in the design decisions.
Production
Cutting, robotic and manual welding, assembly and fit-out at the Liangshan factory. Urgent orders go onto an expedited process without shortening the inspection steps.
Inspection And Testing
Weld inspection, tank pressure and leak testing where applicable, axle alignment, brake performance and road testing, with dimensions checked against the approved drawing.
Painting And Finishing
Complete chassis sandblasting followed by primer and top coat in your specified colour. Polyurethane finishes are available for hot and coastal climates.
Shipping
By container, bulk or roll-on roll-off according to the model. We handle export documentation and confirm which certificates your destination requires before the vehicle leaves.
After Sales
One year quality assurance, lifetime spare parts supply, technical support by phone or message, and engineers dispatched where a fault cannot be resolved remotely.
