Overview
What This Pump Does
Sanitary butterfly valves in SS304 or SS316L, sized DN15 to DN200, with mirror or matt polished surfaces to Ra below 0.4 um. Models SK-BV001 to SK-BV004 cover lever operated, weld, clamp and threaded arrangements as well as actuated versions.
Working pressure is up to 1.0 MPa, which is 10 bar, with vacuum on the low side and a working temperature band of minus 5 to 95 degrees Celsius. Sealing materials are silicone, EPDM or fluoroelastomer, chosen against the product and the cleaning chemistry.

Installing And Maintaining The Valve
Confirm The Standard
Measure tube outside diameter and ferrule size so the valve lands on the existing line.
Support The Line
Clamp joints need square seating, so support pipework either side of the valve.
Change Seats On Schedule
Replace the seat at planned intervals rather than waiting for a leak in production.
Check After CIP
Inspect seats after a change in cleaning chemistry or temperature, since that is what shortens seal life.
