Why it is built this way
Engineering notes
Signage, trim, ceiling systems and shopfitting all have the same awkward property: the fixings are in plain view at eye level. A bright zinc screw against a dark fascia is a defect the client will point at, and painting on site never looks right.
Coating the head in production solves it. The same wide truss head, in a colour that matches the panel — applied under controlled conditions so the finish is even and repeatable across the whole order rather than varying with whoever held the rattle can.
