What capacity should I start with?
Start from the paddy you can actually source per day, not from the machine catalogue. TITAN configures lines from a few tonnes per hour upward, and the cleaning stage is sized above the husker so it never becomes the limit.
Can TITAN install the plant?
Yes. The service package covers design, fabrication, installation supervision, commissioning of mechanical and electrical equipment, and site or remote training.
How do I keep the head rice rate stable across varieties?
Set the husker for the variety, keep the destoner air adjusted, and whiten in more passes with less removal per pass. The grader and sorter then work with a cleaner stream.
Which spare parts should be in stock before the season?
