Rice Milling Solution Questions
What capacity rice line can TITAN build?
Individual machines range from about 1.5 t/h separators up to huskers at 6 to 8 t/h and whiteners at 4.5 to 8.5 t/h per roller, so complete lines are normally configured between a few tonnes and roughly 15 t/h of paddy.
Single roller or double roller whitener?
Both are available. A double roller machine runs two whitening passes in series for higher capacity and a gentler removal per pass, which helps the head rice rate.
How long do rubber rollers last?
Roller life depends on paddy cleanliness and roller gap. TITAN rollers are supplied at 91 to 92 degrees hardness with shelling efficiency up to 95 percent, and a clean destoning stage in front of the husker is the single biggest factor in roller life.
Do you supply the whole line or single machines?
Both. TITAN supplies single machines and complete sections including design, fabrication, installation, commissioning and after sales service.
Which spare parts should I stock?
Rubber rollers, emery rollers, whitener and polisher screens, and drive belts are the parts that wear first. All of them are supplied from the Hefei factory.
Can the line handle long and round grain?
Yes. The whitener processes long or round rice, and husker rollers are selected for long grain or short grain throughput figures.
