What throughput does the destoner reach?
The MTSD destoner reaches up to 22 t/h on soft wheat, up to 14.5 t/h on durum and up to 16.5 t/h on corn and maize, and the figure moves with the degree of contamination.
Which scourer model suits my mill?
The TTS-200 is rated at 9 TPH with a 15 kW motor, the TTS-250 at 11 TPH, the TTS-400 at 18 TPH and the TTS-600 at 25 TPH. Air consumption runs from 500 to 1000 m3/h.
Does the scourer replace washing?
The scourer removes adhering dust, sand, earth lumps and small seeds dry, and reduces microbe and insect fragment counts, which is what a modern mill uses instead of washing.
Can the cleaning sieve handle products other than wheat?
Yes. The multi deck sieve cleans and grades granular material across grain, feed and food applications.
What power supply is required?
Scourers are quoted at 380 V 50 Hz three phase. Tell us your local supply when you ask for a quotation and the motor will be matched.
