Do your spares fit other brands?
Yes. Screens are supplied for Buhler, Satake and Chinese model rice mill machines, and ejectors are supplied for ANCOO, TAIHO, BUHLER, AMD and JIEXUN sorters.
What information do you need to quote a screen?
The machine brand and model, the screen position and the perforation specification. Send a photo of the old part and the frame dimensions over WhatsApp and we will confirm the fit.
How are ejectors packed for shipment?
Each block ships with a foam mattress inside a carton, and commercial quantities are packed in a plywood case. A 20 nozzle block weighs about 2.8 kg.
What is the working life of an ejector?
The catalogue figures are 3 billion operations for the 20 and 16 nozzle block types and 5000 million operations for the 9 hole, SMC and plastic type, at 500 to 800 operations per second.
Which emery roller grit should I order?
Standard fineness runs 24#, 30#, 36#, 46# and 60#. The choice follows the rice variety and the whitening stage, and we will match it to the model already in your machine.
Can you supply rollers for a machine that is not on the list?
Send the outside diameter, length and inside diameter with the machine model. Roller sizes are made to the applicable model rather than to a fixed catalogue only.
