Capacity Planning
Problem: A mill sized on the best harvest runs half empty the rest of the year.
How we solve it: Line capacity is set from the paddy you can source per day, with the cleaning stage sized above the husker.
Layout
Problem: Buildings are usually already there and the layout has to fit them.
How we solve it: Machine footprints and elevator heights are laid out against your building so the conveying route stays short.
Intake And Drying
Problem: Wet paddy waiting for a dryer loses grade within a day.
How we solve it: Pre cleaning and batch circulating drying at 40 to 60 C air temperature, removing 0.5 to 1 percent moisture per hour.
Husking And Separation
Problem: Husking rate drifts as rollers wear.
How we solve it: Pneumatic husker with online laser ranging of roller diameter and automatic speed switching, then gravity paddy separation.
Whitening And Polishing
Problem: One aggressive pass raises breakage and heats the rice.
How we solve it: Suction type whitening in stages keeps temperature and bran content down, then polishing for finish.
Grading And Sorting
Problem: Head rice and broken leave together and the lot is paid as the lower grade.
How we solve it: Rotary graders split the fractions, then optical sorting removes discoloured and foreign material.
Packing
Problem: Giveaway of a few grams per bag adds up across a season.
How we solve it: Quantitative scales with packing error at 0.1 or 0.2 percent of full scale and stated accuracy class.
Commissioning And Training
Problem: A line that nobody was trained on runs at the settings it was delivered with.
How we solve it: Mechanical and electrical commissioning with remote instruction or site training for operators.

Machines are assembled and run tested in the Hefei workshop before they are packed.
