What sizes are available in the oil free range?
The TTC series runs from TTC08 at 1.15 m3/min and 7.5 kW up to TTC45 at 7.3 m3/min and 45 kW, all at 0.8 MPa, with noise from 58 to 68 dB(A).
Why water lubrication instead of oil?
Water seals, cools and lubricates the element and also washes dust out of the air, so the discharged air carries no oil and there is no separator or oil filter to maintain.
How much cooling water does it use?
Cooling water quantity is listed per model, from 2 t/h on the TTC08 up to larger flows on the bigger frames, with inlet and outlet pipe diameters given in the model table.
What does the permanent magnet motor change?
It holds high efficiency at part load, which is where a plant compressor spends most of its life, and the energy efficiency meets the GB19153-2009 energy saving product standard.
Which compressor suits my sorter?
Size the compressor from the sorter air consumption figure, which runs from under 2 m3/min to about 5 m3/min depending on channel count, and add a margin for the rest of the plant.
