How fast does a bagging scale run?
A DCS-25SC1 double hopper machine reaches about 800 bags per hour in the 5 to 25 kg range and 700 bags per hour or more at 50 to 100 kg. Single hopper S series machines run at 600 and 400 bags per hour respectively.
What accuracy can I expect?
Packing error is 0.2 percent of full scale on the 5 kg and 15 kg models and 0.1 percent on the 25 kg and 50 kg models, with division values of 2 g, 5 g and 10 g.
What utilities does the machine need?
AC 220 V 50 Hz power and compressed air at 0.4 to 0.8 MPa for the bagging scales. The doypack powder machine uses 380 V three phase, 8.5 kW and 0.6 m3/min of air.
Which parts touch the product?
Product contact parts are stainless steel 304 or food grade plastic, and the main frame is carbon steel with a painted finish.
Can the machine handle sticky or dusty powders?
The doypack machine is built for powders such as seasoning, milk powder and fine sugar, with dust absorption and nitrogen flushing among the listed options.
