TTG and TIWP rice polishing machines finish the surface of milled rice. With a blade shaped polish screen, bran powder is fully polished off, so the rice is cleaner, brighter and smoother to the touch. Polishing also improves resistance to oxidation, which extends the period the rice stays fresh.

Does polishing reduce head rice?
Polishing works on the surface. Breakage is mostly decided at drying, husking and whitening, which is where to look if the broken rate rises.
What capacity is available?
4 to 10 t/h on the TTG range and 2.5 to 5 t/h of paddy on the TIWP range.
Why does polished rice keep longer?
Polishing improves anti oxidation performance by removing the bran powder that oxidises first.
Is water required?
The mist system operates at 0.25 to 0.3 MPa water pressure.
