How much moisture can the dryer remove per hour?
The low temperature range removes about 0.5 to 1 percent of moisture per hour, which is the rate that protects grain quality rather than the fastest possible rate.
What batch sizes are available?
Batch circulating dryers run from 5 to 10 t up to 10 to 30 t per batch in the TT 5H range, and the 5T series covers loading capacities from 2300 kg to 50000 kg of paddy.
Which fuels can I burn?
Husk, straw, wood, peanut stalk, corn cob and other biomass waste, or coal, diesel, kerosene, natural gas and steam.
Can the dryer handle crops other than paddy?
Yes. The same machine dries paddy, corn, wheat, soybean, sorghum, rapeseed, barley, cashew and coffee among others, with the settings changed per crop.
How do you keep breakage low in the elevators?
Elevators run at low speed with buckets selected for the material, and the belt carries an automatic tension device so the bucket line stays true.
