Fixed or plunging type?
Fixed BJ series where the shaft distance stays constant, such as a main drive line. Plunging types where thermal expansion or roll adjustment changes the distance in operation.
What torque and size range do you cover?
Torque from 380 N·m to 1,000,000 N·m with rotational diameters from 36 mm to 725 mm and working angles from 0 to 75 degrees.
Can these replace our cross joints?
Yes, they are designed as substitutes. Send the installed length, flange or spline data, torque and working angle.
Is overload protection available?
Overload protection devices can be fitted under special working conditions. Tell us the protection torque you need.
What about drum type spline couplings?
They transmit 15 to 20 percent more torque than straight tooth couplings and allow up to 6 degrees angular displacement, with 1 to 1.5 degrees recommended for normal running.
