How The Company Got Here
The predecessor of the company mainly focused on civil engineering. It entered the metallurgical and steel fields on the back of long term engagement in engineering construction in China and around the world.
That history is why the company is organised around projects. Experienced technical managers who have run corporate engineering projects provide construction management, design, procurement, construction and the related products and services a project needs, relying on domestic steel design institutes and steel plants for process knowledge.
The product range follows from the same work. Mechanical equipment such as strip tension levelers, roll coaters, side trimmers and scrap choppers, and the spare parts those machines consume, including work rolls, back up rolls and bearings.

How long has Ascon been in metallurgy?
The company entered the metallurgical and steel fields after a long period in civil engineering and engineering construction. On individual components such as back up rolls for leveling machines we have more than twenty years of production experience.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We manufacture. More than 60 sets of automatic production facilities support the roll, cassette and joint programmes, and we also undertake project engineering from design to commissioning.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. We are in Xiangyang, Hubei Province. Message us on WhatsApp in advance so the responsible engineer is available.
Which certifications do you hold?
Our products and services follow international standards with quality control and testing before shipment. For specific certificate requirements on a tender, ask us with your enquiry and we will confirm what we can provide.
Do you export?
Yes. We have supplied tension levelers for pickling, galvanizing and colour coating lines internationally, and we prepare export documentation per shipment.
