Can you build a cassette for a machine you did not supply?
Yes, that is most of this work. Send the cassette drawing or detailed photos with dimensions and we produce to match.
What tolerance do you hold?
Geometric parameters within 0.05 mm through CNC machining and robotic assembly, with dimensional records issued with the cassette.
Should we keep a spare cassette?
Most plants do. Rotating a spare in means the line restarts while the used cassette is serviced off line.
What material is the cassette body?
High strength alloy steel equivalent to DIN 1.2344, with bearing units rated for dynamic load.
