Feasibility
You know the acid bill is too high but not what the machine should be. We take the coil programme, line width and speed and produce a customised plan with the elongation and roll configuration proposed.
Technical Agreement
Scope creep and interface surprises appear late in machine projects. Dimensions, materials, drive and interfaces are fixed in a technical agreement, and production starts from those drawings.
Manufacturing
Frame distortion and roll geometry errors show up only at installation. Housings are welded, stress relieved and machined, rolls ground as a set, and parallelism verified before shipment.
Installation And Commissioning
A machine that works in the shop can still fight the line. Installation guidance, personnel training and production commissioning are part of the after sales scope.

Roll unit wear degrades descaling quietly over months. We hold your drawings and supply repeat roll units and cassettes against your tonnage.

How much acid will we save?
It depends on your scale condition and tank practice. Fracturing the oxide layer means acid penetrates rather than dissolving an intact scale, which is where the saving comes from.
Push pull or continuous line?
We supply for both. Push pull lines process single coils without welding, which suits mixed order books, and our configuration handles 800-1350 mm at up to 180 m/min.
Can you retrofit into an existing line?
Yes. We need the layout, the space available before the acid tanks and the drive data.
What elongation is correct?
Up to 7 percent. Pickling efficiency is maximised at that level on a tension leveler type scale breaker.
What spares should we hold?
A spare cassette or roll unit set. It turns a multi day rebuild into a planned shutdown task.
