Spare Parts Supply Programme
Most plants do not need a new machine. They need the same roll set, cassette or bearing delivered to the same specification before the current one wears out. That is what this programme is.
Where The Problems Start
Why spare parts sourcing goes wrong.
- The original builder no longer supplies the part
- Replacement parts arrive with undocumented hardness
- Emergency orders carry emergency lead times
- Different suppliers produce different geometry each time
- Parts made to your drawing or a measured sample
- Hardness, dimensional and alignment records with every shipment
- Repeat sets identical because we keep the drawing on file
- Delivery planned against your tonnage rather than your panic
From Enquiry To After Sales
How the programme runs.
Reverse Engineering
You have a worn part and no drawing. We measure the sample or work from your photographs with key dimensions, and confirm dimensions and material in writing before cutting metal.
First Article
Nobody wants to commit annual volume to an unproven supplier. The first set is produced with full inspection records so you can verify hardness, geometry and fit before repeating.
Repeat Supply
Each reorder becomes a new negotiation. The drawing stays on file, so repeat sets are identical and priced as a programme.
Consumption Planning
Parts are ordered after the problem appears. We plan delivery against your tonnage so the next set arrives before the current one reaches its regrind limit.
Consolidated Procurement
Chasing several vendors for one shutdown. We procure wearing parts, materials and consumables alongside what we manufacture, so one order covers the shutdown.

We only have the worn part, is that enough?
Usually yes. We measure it, confirm dimensions and material with you in writing, and produce to that specification.
Will repeat sets be identical?
Yes. We keep the drawing on file so every repeat set is produced to the same specification.
What records do you provide?
Hardness, dimensional and, for cassettes, alignment records, issued with the shipment.
Can you hold stock for us?
Talk to us about your annual consumption. Planning production against tonnage is usually more effective than holding finished stock.
Do you supply parts you do not manufacture?
Yes, procurement of wearing parts, materials and other products is part of our service so a plant can consolidate orders.
