Do you supply equipment for small batch production?
Yes. On our cut to length line, changing tools and setting a new length takes only a few seconds, which is what makes small batch work practical.
Why does sheet distort after cutting?
Because residual stress from rolling was never removed. Tension levelling redistributes that stress so the panel stays flat after it is cut.
What conveyor components do you supply?
N28 series cylindrical roller wheels for chain conveyors, with through hardened material and sealing for dusty environments.
Can you supply couplings for feeding machinery?
Yes. Drum type spline couplings are used in feeding machinery where shock load and misalignment are constant.
