Do you take responsibility for the whole project?
We undertake entire project engineering from design to installation and commissioning where the customer wants a single contract. Where the plant prefers to manage installation, we supply and support remotely.
Can you work from a technical agreement?
Yes. Production starts from drawings fixed in the technical agreement, which is how our production and manufacturing process is structured.
What happens after commissioning?
Our after sales team covers installation guidance, personnel training and production commissioning, and we continue to supply wearing parts, materials and consumables.
Can you help before we have a specification?
Yes. The feasibility stage exists for that. We produce a customised project plan from your production requirement before any drawing is fixed.
Do you handle procurement of parts you do not make?
We procure wearing parts, materials and other products as part of the supply scope, so a plant can consolidate orders rather than chase several suppliers.
