It is a double roller type with left and right racks. Each side has its own motor, reducer and coupling, and the upper knife shaft drives the lower shaft through gear.
Where does the scrap go?
From the waste edge chute into the chopper, and the chopped pieces fall into the waste box for collection and recycling.
Can it be added to an existing line?
Yes. Send the trimmed edge width and thickness, material, line speed and the chute layout.
What maintenance does it need?
Knife inspection and regrinding at intervals set by your material, plus gear lubrication and drive checks.
