WK1170 Band Saw Blade Grinder
A 32 kg bench machine that puts band blade sharpening next to the saw.
- Grinding range of width15 to 50 mm
- Blade pitch2 to 25 mm

Tooling maintained on site, so the saw and the mill keep working.
A blade with body left in it gets scrapped because sharpening is inconvenient. A bench machine changes that calculation completely.
Dull tooling slows every job a little. The cost only becomes visible when sharp tooling is put back on.
Plenty of workshops cannot install a 380 V machine. The WK1170 runs at 250 W on a single phase socket.
Fabrication and machining workshops need small footprint machines on available power, covering the blades and parts they actually handle, at a price a single shop can justify.
Four models from our range that most often go into this industry, with the reason on each product page.

If you regularly flat plates, square fixtures or finish hardened parts, the MY3060 pays for itself in avoided outside work.
The machine covers the geometry. Carbide requires a diamond wheel, which we specify with the machine when you tell us the blade type.
One set. Machines are sold individually and most workshops start with the one that solves their current bottleneck.
Send a drawing or describe the part and the batch size. We come back with a model, a wheel specification and the tolerance we expect to hold.
