3060AHD High Precision Surface Grinding Machine
Servo vertical feed and hydraulic table traverse on a 300 x 600 mm table.
- Table size (X by Y)300 x 600 mm
- X axis travel720 mm

Plates flat, punches to size, tooling back in the press the same day.
Hardened die plates come back from the furnace bowed and oversize. Milling them again is not an option, so the surface grinder becomes the machine that decides whether the die closes.
A worn punch sent out for regrind puts a press on hold for days and forces a spare tooling inventory nobody wants to fund.
Grinding half a plate then turning it around never produces one plane, and the mismatch shows up at the parting line.
Die shops need machines that hold geometry under load, repeat a cycle without an operator at the handwheel, and cover the plate sizes and punch diameters actually on the bench.
Four models from our range that most often go into this industry, with the reason on each product page.

Packing and Delivery Detail
The 3060AHD covers most plate work on a 300 x 600 mm table with automatic down feed. Move up to the 4080AHD when plate length rather than accuracy is the constraint.
No, and it should not. Surface grinding and punch grinding are different geometries. Most shops run a 3060AHD alongside a WK22.
Chucks are quoted with the machine so pole pitch matches your part sizes rather than being assumed.
15 to 45 working days after deposit on standard configurations, confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Send a drawing or describe the part and the batch size. We come back with a model, a wheel specification and the tolerance we expect to hold.
