FX-12S High Precision Centerless Grinding Machine
Built for small parts, where high volume and tight size control meet.
- Grinding range (diameter)0.5 to 40 mm
- Grinding wheel size (dia x width x hole)305 x 150 x 120 mm

The larger centerless machine in the range, covering 0.5 to 60 mm diameter.

The FX-18S grinds from 0.5 mm up to 60 mm diameter on a 455 x 205 x 228.6 mm grinding wheel driven by a 15 HP motor. The regulating wheel is variable from 0 to 250 rpm with tilt from plus 6 to minus 3 degrees and swivel from plus 5 to minus 1 degree. Micro feed on the upper slide is graduated at 0.001 mm per scale division.
Who it is for: Fastener and dowel pin producers, linear motion component makers, automotive tier suppliers, and shops grinding large repeat batches of turned or drawn bar.

One machine covers small pins through to substantial shafts, which is the difference between buying one machine and buying two.
A large wheel holds its form longer, so a production run goes further between dresses and size drift is slower.
Upper slide micro feed at 0.1 mm per turn and 0.001 mm per division makes size correction a measured move.
Enough power to keep wheel speed constant through a heavy through feed rate rather than bogging into the work.

Centerless grinding removes the chuck. Parts feed through continuously and the setup stays put for the whole batch.
No centres means no centre drilling operation and no centre damage to protect through heat treatment.
A 455 mm wheel plus 0.001 mm micro feed gives both a slow drift rate and a fine means of correcting it.
Heavy cast iron base with hardened ground slides, hydraulic infeed and independently driven grinding and regulating spindles. Blade material and wheel grade specified for the workpiece.

0.5 to 60 mm. If your parts stay under 40 mm the smaller FX-12S is the lighter and less expensive option.
2850 kg net and 3005 kg gross, packed at 2900 x 2400 x 1850 mm.
Yes, with the correct blade and regulating wheel dressing for the shoulder form. Send the part drawing and we will confirm the setup.
Upper slide micro feed is graduated at 0.001 mm per scale division over 0.1 mm per turn.
The grinding wheel motor is 15 HP with a 3.0 kW regulating wheel motor. Tell us your voltage and frequency and we configure the machine before shipping.
Wheel grade depends on material, stock removal and finish. Send the part material and hardness and we specify a starting wheel with the machine.
Tell us your supply voltage and frequency, the parts you intend to grind and the accessories you need. We reply with a configured quotation and a dated schedule.
