WK450 Automatic Circular Saw Blade Grinder
A 130 kg workshop machine that resharpens blades up to 450 mm in minutes.
- Grinding diameter range50 to 450 mm
- Teeth pitch (max)25 mm

PLC controlled resharpening for circular blades from 80 mm up to 800 mm.

The WK026 is the largest circular saw blade grinder in the range, covering 80 to 800 mm blade diameter, 10 to 200 mm bore and 7 to 100 mm tooth pitch. PLC control handles indexing and feed at up to 20 teeth per minute, and the hydraulic system runs at 4.0 MPa from a 50 litre tank. Front and back grinding angles are adjustable between 5 and 30 degrees.
Who it is for: Sawmills, panel and furniture plants, metal fabrication workshops, blade sharpening service companies, and maintenance teams responsible for production saw lines.

One machine covers the blade rack of most sawmills and metal cutting shops, from small trim saws to large panel blades.
The machine indexes tooth to tooth and grinds to the set angle, so the operator loads the blade rather than driving the machine.
Hook and clearance angles are set to the material being cut, which is what recovers the original cutting performance rather than just making the tooth shiny.
Fine tooth metal blades and coarse rip blades both index correctly without mechanical changeover.

The round trip forces a blade inventory sized for transit. Grinding in house turns that week into an hour.
Setting hook and clearance yourself between 5 and 30 degrees means the geometry matches the material you actually cut.
PLC indexing at up to 20 teeth per minute grinds every tooth to the same depth without an operator counting.
Cast frame with hydraulic indexing and feed, PLC control. Grinding wheel specification depends on whether the blade teeth are HSS or carbide tipped and is quoted with the machine.
Figures below are taken from the machine data sheet. Anything not documented is marked as to be confirmed rather than estimated.

Six stages, each of them completed in our own hall in Shenzhen before the machine is crated.
Against the WK450, the WK026 is the larger and more automated machine. The WK1170 is for band blades and does a different job entirely.
| Model | Key Specification | Best Suited To |
|---|---|---|
| WK026 | 80 to 800 mm, PLC and hydraulic, 900 kg | Large blades and mixed blade service work |
| WK450 | 50 to 450 mm, 3 phase 380 V, 130 kg | Workshop blades up to 450 mm |
| WK1170 | 15 to 50 mm band width, 220 V, 32 kg | Band saw blades on a bench |
80 to 800 mm diameter, 10 to 200 mm bore, 7 to 100 mm tooth pitch and 1 to 7 mm blade thickness.
The machine handles the geometry either way. Tooth material determines the wheel, so tell us whether your blades are HSS or carbide tipped and we specify the wheel with the machine.
Feed speed is up to 20 teeth per minute, so a 60 tooth blade is a matter of minutes rather than days waiting for an outside service.
Indexing and feed are PLC controlled. The operator mounts the blade, sets pitch and angle, and starts the cycle.
Packaging size is 1700 x 1350 x 1800 mm at 900 kg machine weight.
Yes, both are adjustable between 5 and 30 degrees.
