The WK450 is a compact automatic circular saw blade grinder for blades from 50 to 450 mm diameter. Cutting angle, tooth depth and tooth pitch are all adjustable, feed runs from 45 to 180 teeth per minute, and the 70 to 150 mm wheel turns at 4200 rpm. At 130 kg on a 3 phase 380 V supply it installs next to the saw rather than in a separate room.
Who it is for: Small sawmills, joinery and furniture workshops, metal fabrication shops, and maintenance teams that want resharpening capability without committing to a large machine.
Feed speed is set to the amount of stock being removed, so light touch ups run fast and damaged teeth get the slower pass they need.
