FX-12S High Precision Centerless Grinding Machine
Built for small parts, where high volume and tight size control meet.
- Grinding range (diameter)0.5 to 40 mm
- Grinding wheel size (dia x width x hole)305 x 150 x 120 mm

Thousands of identical diameters, with size held to microns.
Between centres grinding requires centre holes that have to be drilled, protected and sometimes removed again. Centerless grinding skips all of it.
Small parts clamped in jaws come out marked. Supporting the part on its own diameter avoids the problem entirely.
Pin and dowel tolerances leave no room for coarse size adjustment. Micro feed at 0.001 mm per division is what makes them achievable.
Pin and fastener producers need continuous feed, stable size across long runs, and a machine footprint that fits into an existing turning cell rather than requiring a new bay.
Four models from our range that most often go into this industry, with the reason on each product page.
Built for small parts, where high volume and tight size control meet.
The larger centerless machine in the range, covering 0.5 to 60 mm diameter.
CNC punch and pin grinding from 1 mm up to 150 mm, internal and external.
OD and ID grinding on one machine, for shafts, bushes, needle valves and plungers.

Machines are built to order and ship 15 to 45 working days after deposit, crated in plywood cases lined with plastic film. Terms are EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF from Shenzhen with 12 months warranty.
Packing and Delivery Detail
0.5 mm on both centerless machines, and 1 mm clamping on the WK22 punch grinder.
It depends on wheel wear, coolant and dress interval. The larger 455 mm wheel on the FX-18S holds form longer, which is why high volume shops usually choose it.
The FX-12S is 1800 x 1400 mm at 1700 kg net, which fits most cells. Check floor loading before installation.
One set. Most customers start with a single machine and prove it before adding capacity.
Send a drawing or describe the part and the batch size. We come back with a model, a wheel specification and the tolerance we expect to hold.
