A drawing, a STEP file or a clear photograph with a scale in it. Geometry answers most of our questions before we ask them.
Material and Hardness
Wheel specification follows material far more than it follows machine model, so this is the single most useful line in an enquiry.
Batch Size and Cycle Expectation
Ten parts a week and ten thousand a week point at completely different machines, even for the same drawing.
Supply Voltage and Frequency
We configure the machine for your site before it ships, so tell us the voltage, the phases and whether you are on 50 Hz or 60 Hz.
