The longest blades are 2000 mm, which no surface grinder table will take. Clamping them mechanically bows the blade, and hand ground edges are never repeatable enough to keep cut quality stable across a maintenance cycle.
The WK2000 holds the blade on a 180 x 2000 mm magnetic table while the head traverses at 0 to 20 metres per minute, with head adjustment from minus 90 to plus 90 degrees. For blades up to 700 mm the WK700 does the same job in a 230 kg machine that sits on a bench, covering blades to 150 mm wide and 20 mm thick.
