WK026 Automatic Saw Blade Grinding Machine
PLC controlled resharpening for circular blades from 80 mm up to 800 mm.
- Grinding diameter range80 to 800 mm
- Teeth distance (pitch)7 to 100 mm
- Thickness of blade1 to 7 mm

Bring resharpening in house and stop shipping blades out. A dull blade costs more than a sharp one in every way that matters: feed rate, finish, motor load and blade life. WUK builds three resharpeners covering the range most shops actually run, from a 32 kg
A dull blade costs more than a sharp one in every way that matters: feed rate, finish, motor load and blade life. WUK builds three resharpeners covering the range most shops actually run, from a 32 kg bench band saw grinder up to a hydraulic 800 mm circular blade machine with PLC control.
PLC controlled resharpening for circular blades from 80 mm up to 800 mm.
A 130 kg workshop machine that resharpens blades up to 450 mm in minutes.
A 32 kg bench machine that puts band blade sharpening next to the saw.
Outsourced resharpening means a blade inventory sized for the round trip, a week of lead time and no control over the grind angle you get back. Doing it yourself turns a week into an hour and puts the tooth geometry back where your cutting job needs it.
Who buys these machines: Sawmills and timber processors, metal cutting workshops, blade service companies, furniture and panel plants, and any maintenance team running circular or band saws daily.

The WK026 covers 80 to 800 mm diameter and the WK450 covers 50 to 450 mm, so between them a shop's whole circular blade rack is served.
Feed rates of up to 20 teeth per minute on the WK026 and 45 to 180 on the WK450 mean the machine indexes the blade, not the operator.
5 to 30 degrees front and back on the WK026, 0 to 30 degrees on the WK450, so hook and clearance angles are set to the material being cut.
The WK1170 weighs 32 kg and runs on single phase 220 V, so band blade sharpening fits on a bench next to the saw.
Both the WK026 and the WK450 cover 300 mm. Choose the WK450 for a lighter single phase workshop machine, and the WK026 where you also run blades above 450 mm or want hydraulic feed.
Tooth material determines the wheel, not the machine. Tell us whether your blades are HSS or carbide tipped and we specify the wheel with the machine.
Up to 7 mm on the WK026, 8 mm on the WK450 and 8 mm on the WK1170 band blade grinder.
The WK450 runs 3 phase 380 V 50 Hz and the WK1170 runs 220 V single phase at 250 W. Tell us your local supply and we set the machine up for it before shipping.
It depends on tooth count and the amount you take off. At 45 to 180 teeth per minute on the WK450, a 60 tooth blade is a matter of minutes rather than a matter of days waiting on a service.
Send the part drawing or a description of the work and we will tell you which model in this category fits, and what wheel to start with.
