Grinding thousands of dowel pins, shafts or rollers between centres means a clamping cycle on every single part, and centre holes that have to be drilled and protected first. Centerless grinding removes both, replacing the setup with a blade and two wheels that stay where you put them.

Both machines have upper slide micro feed graduated at 0.1 mm per turn and 0.001 mm per scale division, so size correction is a deliberate movement rather than a guess.

Either will grind 25 mm. The FX-12S covers 0.5 to 40 mm and is the lighter machine. Choose the FX-18S if you also run parts above 40 mm or want the larger wheel for longer dress intervals.
The FX-12S measures 1800 x 1400 x 1450 mm and the FX-18S measures 2350 x 1960 x 1550 mm. Add working space in front of the blade for the loading side.
