Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer adhesives, supplied as hot melt powder and as resin raw material. TPU is the grade family to use when the bond has to stretch: extreme elasticity with a soft touch, leading to a transfer that outlasts the garment. Both listed powders are polyester based, bond well to PVC, PU, fabric and genuine leather, and are cut into four particle fractions.

Why choose TPU over polyamide or polyester powder
Elasticity and hand feel. TPU stretches with the garment; polyamide and polyester are stiffer.
What is the difference between UT-1007 and UT-1290
UT-1007 flows from 95 C and covers shoe material as well as printing. UT-1290 is aliphatic polyester based, flows from 100 C and is specified for better colour fastness on high quality elastic products.
Which particle sizes are standard
0-80, 80-180, 100-300 and 200-500 micron.
Do you supply TPU as resin as well as powder
Yes. The range covers hot melt powder and resin raw material, plus TPU hot melt film.
What density should I use for a coat weight calculation
Both powders have a density of 1.2 g/cm3.
