Size and Thickness Confirmation
Plate is confirmed inside the 0-100mm thickness range with width and length set against your cutting list. Pipe is confirmed on outside diameter wall thickness and whether you want fixed or random length.
Quotation and Order
The quotation names grade thickness size surface condition and coating weight for galvanized items. Price terms are TT or LC. Samples are available where you want to check surface and weldability first.
Cutting and Processing
Processing covers bending welding decoiling cutting and punching, so base plates cleats and bracket blanks arrive at finished size with bolt holes already in place.
Inspection and Mill Test Certificate
The mill test certificate is issued to EN 10204 against the ordered grade. Dimensions surface condition and marking are checked against the cutting list before anything is bundled.

Can you cut plate to our part list instead of sending full plates?
Yes. Processing covers cutting bending decoiling welding and punching, so base plates cleats stiffeners and brackets arrive at finished size with holes punched. That removes the offcut you would otherwise pay for and store.
What plate thickness can you supply?
Mild steel and carbon steel plate run to 0-100mm thickness. Across the wider steel sheet range thickness runs from 0.1mm to 400mm with widths from 1000mm to 3500mm and lengths from 2000mm to 6000mm.
Do galvanized pipes come in fixed lengths for fencing and handrail runs?

Why specify weathering steel rather than painted carbon steel on a bridge?
Weathering steel forms a dense protective rust layer that slows further corrosion, and the source data states its weather resistance at 2-8 times that of ordinary carbon steel. It can be used bare, which removes the recoating cost over the life of the structure.
What documentation comes with the shipment?
A mill test certificate to EN 10204 is issued against the ordered grade. Company certifications on file are ISO9001 BV SGS and RoHS. Ask for the mill test certificate with the quotation so you know exactly what the project file will receive.
