Stainless steel sheet and plate is the corrosion resisting flat product inside the wider steel sheet range, supplied in 201, 304 and 310 in thickness from 2mm to 100mm. Standard sizes are 1000x2000mm and 1220x2440mm, with custom size cut against your list, and the surface is ordered as NO.1, 2B, BA, embossed, HL or 8K depending on whether the panel will be fabricated, exposed or polished. Because the material is solid stainless rather than a coated substrate, cut edges and drilled holes do not need sealing to stay corrosion resistant. The problem it removes is buying a mill sized plate and then paying twice, once for the offcut and once for the polishing shop, when the sheet could have arrived at the right size in the right finish.

What thickness and sheet sizes do you supply?
Thickness is 2-100mm. Standard sizes are 1000x2000mm and 1220x2440mm, and any other size is supplied as a customized cut. Send your blank list if the panels are not rectangular.
Which surface finishes can I choose from?
NO.1, 2B, BA, embossed, HL and 8K. NO.1 is the mill finish for fabricated parts, 2B and BA are general and bright finishes, HL is the brushed architectural finish, 8K is mirror, and embossed is used where surface marking must be hidden.
Is 201 an acceptable substitute for 304?
It depends on the duty. 201 is used where cost matters and exposure is mild, while 304 is the general purpose corrosion resisting grade and 310 is chosen for elevated temperature. Tell us the environment and we will say which of the three fits.
Can you cut and bend the sheet before shipping?
Yes. Processing covers bending, welding, decoiling, cutting and punching, so panels can arrive formed and drilled instead of as flat stock.
