LC-SC Sleeve is part of the hybrid adapter range built by Ever Expresslink Limited in Ningbo, China. It is built on the SC (Subscriber Connector) interface.

It is the workhorse of FTTH and passive optical distribution: a technician can seat a port blind, inside a closure, wearing gloves, without rotating anything. SC bodies clip together into duplex pairs. Check polarity before you clip, because a reversed duplex clip is easy to build and hard to spot in a cabinet.

On the other face it mates to LC (Lucent Connector). LC uses a 1.25 mm ferrule in an RJ-style latch body, giving roughly twice the port density of SC in the same panel width.
