Can a ratchet strap be used to lift a load?
No. Ratchet tie downs are cargo securing devices under EN 12195-2 and must never be used as lifting slings. Use a sling from the EN 1492 range for lifting.
Which lashing capacity should we choose?
It depends on the mass of the load, the friction between the load and the deck, and the number of lashings. Send the load details to [email protected] and we will work through the range with you.
Can our fleet name be printed on the webbing?
Yes, letters are printed along the webbing to the customer requirement.
