OEM And Private Label Manufacturing
Most of what we ship carries somebody else's name on it. Branding, label layout and dimensional customisation are built into production rather than added afterwards.
Branding On The Product Itself
Slings carry OEM brand marking woven or printed on the webbing. Lashing straps carry printed letters along the strap. Chain sling tags in stainless steel 304 are laser marked with the customer logo alongside the working load limit, the certificate number and the sling identification number. Hoists, trolleys and magnets carry the customer nameplate.
Label And Marking Layout
The sewn label on a sling is where the working load limit, the standard, the material and the batch number live. The layout is set to the customer requirement, including any local standard reference the destination market needs.
Dimensional Customisation
Sling effective working length, ply and safety factor, lashing assembly length and fixed end length, hoist chain length, trolley beam width and pallet truck fork length are all built to the order rather than sold in fixed steps.
Production From Customer Drawings
Stainless steel connectors and terminals are produced from customer drawings with size and tolerance to the customer requirement, and with a high polished or mirror polished finish where the part is visible.
Colour And Finish
Sling and webbing colours, hoist and trolley housing colours, snatch block finish colours, and Grade 80 rigging colour codes in Red RAL 3020 or Yellow RAL 1003 are all specified on the order.
