What The DY Type Single And Double Sheave Snatch Block Is
The DY block is the general purpose site block. A side opening link permits quick and easy insertion of rope or cable without threading, which saves the time normally lost feeding a long rope through a closed block.
The lifting ring is 360 degree rotatable so the block finds its own alignment with the direction of pull. The compact double load bearing structure and the alloy steel shell make it resistant to falling and collision, which is what gives it a long service life on a working site.
