What The Hand Pallet Truck Is

The hand pallet truck is the piece of equipment that moves the pallet the last twenty metres. The BF-III is the standard and most popular model in the range, built around an integrated pump without welding so there are no leaking problems where a welded joint would normally fail.

The frame force is more reasonably distributed and the strength is more reliable than earlier designs, the supporting base is thicker to prevent bending, and the forks are heavy in section. Fork lowering speed is controllable and an overload valve prevents overloading.

How To Use The Hand Pallet Truck Safely

Confirm the fork length and width suit the pallets in use before ordering.
Pump the handle to raise the forks only after they are fully inserted into the pallet.
Use the release lever to lower under control rather than dropping the load.
Keep the load within the rated capacity. The overload valve protects the pump but is not a licence to overload.
Check the wheels and rollers for flats and debris at regular intervals.
