What Makes This Range Different
Three, Seven Or Nine Bearings
Bearings sit at the friction points on the rod. JS8622-B has three and delivers 180 KG; JS8626 has seven and delivers 200 KG; JS8634 has nine and delivers 250 KG. Same barrel format, three clearly different duty levels.
Anodised Aluminium Barrels
The JS8608, JS8613, JS8622 and JS8626 series barrels are thickened aluminium tube with an anodising process, which raises surface hardness as well as giving the colour. Barrels are available in more than ten anodised colours.
Hard Alloy Dispensing Plates
The plate that pushes the pack was upgraded from iron to a thicker hard alloy across the professional models. That is what lets JS8634 hold 250 KG push force without the plate dishing.
Two Barrel Materials

Sausage Guns Questions
Do these guns take 400 ml and 600 ml sausages?
The 16 inch models take 600 ml packs and the 9 inch JS8607-9 takes the shorter 400 ml pack. JS8623-A and JS8623-B are 16 inch 600 ml. Each product page lists the barrel length in the model name.
How many bearings do I actually need?
For occasional work, three is enough. For a crew running several packs a day, seven or nine noticeably reduces trigger effort and empties the pack more completely. The nine-bearing JS8634 also adds a stainless steel push rod and a dust cap.
Can the barrel be anodised in our brand colour?
Yes. Anodising gives more than ten colours and can be supplied with a frosted texture. Laser engraving or screen printing on the barrel is available in the same operation.
What is the difference between an aluminium and a PP barrel?
Aluminium is stiffer and takes an anodised finish, so it looks and feels like a professional tool. Injection-moulded PP, used on JS8623-A and JS8623-B, is more forgiving of impact and lands at a lower price point.
How do these pack for a full container?
Most 16 inch models are one piece per inner box, 20 pieces per carton, at a carton size of 60.8 x 54 x 35.5 cm. JS-8607 and JS-8607-9 pack two pieces per inner box, 24 per carton.
Is anti-drip standard on this range?
Yes, every model in this category has a drip prevention function. On JS8613 it is automatic; on JS8608-A and JS8608-B the output ratio is adjustable from the rear attachment.
