Zhaoqing Jinsheng Precision Hardware Products Co., Ltd., formerly Jinli Jinsheng Hardware Factory, Gaoyao City, has been in Gaoyao District, Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, China since 2001. Design, mould making, injection moulding, stamping and assembly all happen on one site.
Who We Are
We are a dedicated manufacturer of manual tool glass caulking gun products. The company brings together experienced designers, quality inspectors and production technicians, which supports product development, manufacturing and quality control in one place rather than across three suppliers.
That matters to a buyer for a practical reason. When a mould needs changing, a colour needs matching or a spec needs interpreting, the answer comes from the people who make the part rather than from a sales office relaying a message.
How The Factory Developed
- 2001Company established as Jinli Jinsheng Hardware Factory in Gaoyao City, making manual glass caulking guns.
- 2010Added die-casting and injection moulding workshops and formed a dedicated in-house design team.
- 2016Certified by TUV Rheinland of Germany and began selling on online platforms including Alibaba.
- 2020Added the glass suction cup and foam gun series to the product line.

15 automatic punching machines; 9 automatic lathes; 3 welding machines; Produces all stamping parts in house.

Certification And Patents
ISO 9001:2015 certification was achieved in 2023, under GB/T19001-2016, with a scope covering the manufacture and sale of glass caulking guns and sealant guns. The certificate on file runs from 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2026; ask us for the current renewal status before you rely on it in a tender. A TUV Rheinland assessment was obtained in 2016.
We hold five utility model patents and one invention patent. Two utility model numbers are published: 202321498230.6, covering a glass caulking gun, and 202321512117.9, covering a self-locking mortise and tenon caulking gun. These cover the JS8630 and JS8631 families.
In July 2023 we exhibited at the Guangzhou International Building Expo.
