Cartridge Caulking Guns
Skeleton and frame guns for 300 ml cartridge sealant, from a 175 g economy PP frame to a 750 g nine-bearing body
These are the guns that take a standard 300 ml cartridge. Eleven models cover the whole range a distributor needs to stock: a 50 KG push force PP frame for short jobs at one end, a 270 KG nine-bearing aluminium body at the other, and the familiar 120-160 KG welded steel frames in between.
What This Family Is Built To Solve
Buyers in this category are usually replacing a gun that failed in a predictable way. The frame bent under a stiff winter cartridge, the push plate chewed through, or the sealant kept running after the trigger was released and the crew wasted a tube a day. Each model in this range is positioned by how much force it can actually take, so you can match the gun to the sealant instead of guessing.
Who This Range Is For
Hardware And Tool Distributors
Need a full ladder of price points under one brand, with the same carton format and the same colour options across the range.
Sealant Manufacturers
Supply a gun with the cartridge and need the drive ratio matched to their product's viscosity, plus their own logo on the barrel or handle.
Building Material Chains
Sell to trade and DIY from the same shelf and need both an entry model and a professional model that visibly differ.
What Makes This Range Different
Force Ratings You Can Buy Against
Every model states its push force and its maximum tolerance separately: JS8601 at 50 KG and 60 KG, JS8604 at 120 KG and 150 KG, JS8611 at 160 KG and 200 KG, JS-8622-A at 180 KG and 250 KG. That second figure is what decides whether a frame survives a cold cartridge.
Drive Ratios From 15:1 To 28:1
A high ratio moves more sealant per squeeze and suits thin acrylics; a low ratio gives more force and suits stiff structural sealant. JS8611 is adjustable across 18:1 to 28:1 for buyers who cannot standardise on one sealant.
Welded Bodies, Not Riveted
The steel-frame models are welded rather than clipped together. JS-8606 and JS8611 use a 12-point weld on a single-piece body, which is where the higher tolerance figures come from.
Anti-Drip On Every Professional Model
Releasing the trigger retracts the rod and drops the pressure in the cartridge, so the bead stops instead of running on. On JS8605 and JS8611 the ratio is adjustable from the rear attachment.

How To Read Caulking Gun Force Ratings
Push force, maximum tolerance and drive ratio describe three different things. Confusing them is the most common reason a gun fails in the field.
Cartridge Or Sausage Which Sealant Gun To Stock
Sausage packs cut cost per litre and packaging waste; cartridges are simpler and universally stocked. The right answer depends on who your customer is.

Cartridge Caulking Guns Questions
What is the difference between push force and maximum tolerance?
Push force is the pressure the gun delivers to the cartridge in normal use. Maximum tolerance is the load the frame itself survives before it deforms. JS8604 is rated 120 KG push force and 150 KG maximum tolerance, so there is headroom for a stiff cartridge on a cold morning.
Which model should I quote for a low price point?
JS-8601 is the entry model: a reinforced PP frame with a plastic handle, 175 g, 50 KG push force, packed 50 pieces per carton. JS-8602 and JS-8603 are the next step up, with iron handles and 120 KG push force at the same 50 pieces per carton.
Can I have the frame and the handle in different colours?
Yes. Colour is set on the paint line rather than in tooling, so a two-colour combination is a finishing change, not a new mould. Standard colours in this range are yellow, orange, green, red and chrome plated.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most models in this category are 2,000 pieces for a customised version. JS8604-S is 1,000 pieces. A stock-colour order can be smaller; send the model and quantity on WhatsApp and we will confirm.
How are these guns packed for export?
Either one piece per poly bag or one piece per inner box, then 20 or 50 pieces per master carton depending on the model. Carton dimensions are listed on each product page so you can calculate container loading before you order.
Do you supply spare push plates and rods?
Yes. The push plate, rod and handle sleeve are available as spares for every model in this category. Distributors who service trade customers usually take a small spares allocation with each order.
