What actually stops the drip?
Releasing the trigger retracts the rod and drops the pressure inside the cartridge, so the sealant stops being pushed. On JS8605, JS8608-A and JS8611 the amount of retraction is adjustable from the rear attachment.
How do I choose between a cartridge and a sausage gun?
Cartridges are convenient and widely stocked; sausages cost less per litre and produce far less waste packaging. Crews sealing all day usually move to sausage, which is why the sausage range has the higher bearing counts.
Which model has the widest adjustment range?
JS8611, at 18:1 to 28:1 with 160 KG push force and 200 KG tolerance, for contractors who cannot standardise on a single sealant.
Do you publish lead times?
Production lead time is not published on our old site and depends on quantity, colour and whether tooling is involved. Send the model and quantity on WhatsApp and we will confirm a date before you commit.
