How It Works Step By Step
Anodised Aluminium Barrels
More than ten anodised colours, with an optional frosted surface texture. Anodising raises surface hardness as well as giving the colour, which is why the professional sausage guns use it on the barrel.
Painted Barrels And Frames
Up to ten paint colours with customisable patterns. Metal baking paint is also what gives the suction cup bodies their wear resistance and anti-oxidation protection.
Laser Engraving
Logos, text and patterns engraved on aluminium tubes and on stamped fittings. Engraving does not wear off in service the way a printed mark can, which matters on a tool handled every day.
Screen Printing
Paint screen printing on the product and on tags, in any colour, with several colours printed in the same operation. Suitable for multi-colour logos that engraving cannot reproduce.
Electroplating And Colour Change
Painting or electroplating to convert a product to a different colour, including the chrome plating used on the JS8621-E foam gun body and on chrome-plated cartridge gun frames.

How many colours can you anodise?
More than ten, and the surface can be given a frosted texture as well as a gloss finish. Anodising also increases the hardness of the aluminium surface.
Engraving or printing for our logo?
Engraving lasts, because it is cut into the metal, so it suits a tool that is handled daily. Screen printing reproduces multi-colour artwork that engraving cannot. Many buyers engrave the barrel and print the tag.
Can I have a two-colour gun?
Yes. Barrel, frame, handle and trigger are finished separately, so combinations like a black body with a yellow handle, as on JS8621-H, are a normal specification.
Is there a minimum per colour?
Each colour counts toward the model's minimum order quantity, which is usually 2,000 pieces. Splitting one model across four colours means four times that model's minimum in total.
Do you do colour matching to a sample?
Send a physical sample or a Pantone reference and we will match it on the paint or anodising line, then send you a finished part to approve before the run.
Can you re-finish a product in a different colour later?
Colour conversion by painting or electroplating is an available service. Practically it is cheaper to specify the colour at production, so tell us your full colour plan up front.
