OEM is the fast route to an own-brand range: you take models that already exist and already sell, and we build them in your colours with your logo and your carton. No tooling cost, no development time, and the spec sheet is already written.

A distributor selling generic guns competes only on price, and the customer can find the same tool three listings down. An own-brand range breaks that comparison, but developing tools from scratch is slow and expensive. OEM on proven tooling gives you the differentiation without the development risk.
How It Works Step By Step
Select The Range
Pick the models and the tiers. Most buyers take three to five models per family so the shelf has a clear good, better, best rather than one item. Every model's weight, push force, tolerance, drive ratio and carton size is published, so you can build the range on paper first.
Fix The Look
Barrel anodising in more than ten colours, with an optional frosted texture. Painted barrels in up to ten colours with custom patterns. Handle and trigger colours set on the paint line. Handle sleeves in PE, plastic or soft silicone.
Apply The Brand
Laser engraving on aluminium tubes and stamped fittings, multi-colour paint screen printing on the product and on tags, and self-adhesive logo labels placed where you specify.
Approve A Sample
A pre-production sample in your final colours with your final logo goes out for approval before the run starts. That is the point to change anything, not after.
Pack To Your Format
Single pack, double pack, inner foam pouch, or blister pack with accessories. Carton artwork, inner box artwork and accessory bundling are all specified at this stage.
Produce And Repeat
Once approved, the specification is held so reorders repeat without re-approval. As the source factory we control the cost directly, with no middleman margin in the price.

OEM And Private Label Questions
What is the minimum order quantity for a private label run?
Most models are 2,000 pieces for a customised version; some are 1,000, and the JS8615 battery guns are 500. The minimum is per model, not per order, so a mixed range can be built up across several models.
Is there a charge for the logo setup?
Setup cost depends on the method: screen printing, laser engraving and adhesive labels each carry different setup. We quote it explicitly with the unit price rather than burying it.
Can I have different colours on the same model?
Yes. Colour is a paint-line or anodising change rather than a tooling change, so several colours within one model are practical. Each colour still counts toward the model's minimum.
Do you sell to my competitors in the same market?
Ask us directly about the market you sell into. Exclusivity is a commercial conversation and we would rather have it before you invest in a brand than after.
How long does an OEM run take?
Production lead time is not published on our old materials and depends on quantity, colour count and whether accessories are involved. Send the model list and quantities and we will confirm a date before you commit.
Who owns the artwork and the tooling?
Your artwork stays yours. On OEM the tooling is ours, because the models already exist. If you want tooling that belongs to your design, that is ODM rather than OEM.
