Epoxy Grout Off Ratio
A 1:1 epoxy grout dispensed unevenly does not cure to its rated stain and chemical resistance. JS8612-A, JS8612-B, JS8615-2 and JS8615-3 drive both rods together so the proportion holds from the first squeeze to the last.
Trigger Effort On A Large Floor
Epoxy through a static mixer is hard work. Drive ratios of 45:1 on JS8615-2 and 50:1 on JS8612-B keep the pull manageable, and the JS8615 battery guns take the effort away entirely with cruise control and six gear settings.
Mortar On The Tile Face
Pointing by trowel means cleaning afterwards. The JS8614 pointing guns put mortar in the joint through a nozzle sized to the joint: five interchangeable nozzles on JS8614-3, three on JS8614-2.
Large-Format Tile With No Edge Grip
A 1.2 m porcelain slab cannot be carried by hand. Dual and three-claw cups from 90 KG to 235 KG horizontal suction handle it, and the articulating models grip panels that are not flat.

JS8612-A at 250 KG push force in a plastic body, JS8612-B at 100 KG and 50:1 for a lighter tool, or the welded steel JS8615-2 at 200 KG and JS8615-3 at 420 KG for heavy continuous use.
Is there a powered option for grouting large floors?
Yes. The JS8615-400ML and JS8615-600ML are dual-tube battery guns with 800 KG thrust, six gear settings and cruise control. The 400 ML ships as a set with the jointing hand tools.
Can one pointing gun cover several joint widths?
JS8614-3 ships with five detachable nozzles and JS8614-2 with three, in round and flat profiles, so the nozzle changes rather than the tool.
What suction cup suits large-format porcelain?
Start with a dual-claw at 90-140 KG horizontal for panels up to about a metre, and move to the three-claw JS8643 family for heavier slabs. Always size on the orientation the slab will be carried in.
Do the pointing guns work with ready-mixed products?
