What This Family Is Built To Solve
Foam guns fail from cured foam, not from wear. Foam sets inside the barrel, the operator forgets to flush it, and the gun is scrap. Two features in this range address that directly: the PTFE coating inside and outside the JS8621-D barrel, which foam does not stick to, and the tightening tail plug on most models, which cuts air flow into the barrel and slows curing between uses.

What Makes This Range Different
PTFE Coated Barrel Option
JS8621-D is coated inside and out, so foam does not adhere to the barrel and routine cleaning solvent is not needed. It pairs a stainless steel barrel with a copper nozzle and a nylon handle at 260 g.
Adjustable Output With Anti-Slip Adjuster
Foam flow is set on a threaded adjuster with an anti-slip pattern, so output can be dialled down for a narrow gap instead of being controlled purely by trigger feel. Standard on the metal-bodied models.
Aluminium Alloy Locking Mechanism
The canister thread is the safety-critical joint on a foam gun. JS8621-B, JS8621-C and JS8621-D all use an aluminium alloy locking mechanism and a thickened rotary valve rather than a plastic collar.
Sandblasted And Chrome-Plated Bodies
JS8621-E is sandblasted then chrome plated over an aluminium alloy body, which resists oxidation and rust and stays smooth enough to wipe clean. Copper nozzle, 210 g.
Nozzle Materials To Suit Budget
Copper nozzles on JS8621-B, JS8621-D and JS8621-E for flow and life; aluminium on JS8621-C; alloy on JS8621-A. All are chosen to resist the blockage that kills a cheap gun.

Which gun should I choose if the crew will not clean it?
JS8621-D. The PTFE coating runs inside and outside the barrel so foam does not adhere, and the aluminium alloy tail plug can be tightened after use to cut air flow and slow curing inside the barrel.
What is the difference between the plastic and metal bodies?
Plastic-bodied guns such as JS8621 at 125 g and JS8621-A at 130 g are the light, low-cost end. Metal bodies at 210-350 g take more site abuse and carry the adjustable output and better sealing.
Do these guns fit standard foam canisters?
Yes, they use the standard threaded canister fitting. If you sell a canister with a non-standard thread, send us the specification on WhatsApp and we will confirm compatibility before you order.
Can the barrel be Teflon coated on other models?
JS8621-F is offered either with a silver tube or with a Teflon coated tube on the same red handle, so a coated barrel is not limited to JS8621-D. Ask us which models can be coated for your order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
2,000 pieces for a customised version across the range. Colour, handle material and nozzle material can all be specified.
How do the foam guns pack?
Most models pack two pieces per inner box and 40 per carton at 38 x 34 x 52 cm. The plastic JS8621 packs two per poly bag and 60 per carton.
