Whether a gun sells depends partly on the gun and partly on what it arrives in. We pack for four quite different channels: bare tools for trade counters, blister packs with accessories for retail shelves, complete sets in carry cases, and bulk cartons for contractors.

Factories often offer one carton format and leave the buyer to repack, which adds a handling cost and a warehouse operation nobody planned for. Packing to your channel at source removes that step, and it is also what lets a distributor run trade and retail lines off the same production order.

How It Works Step By Step

Choose The Retail Format

Single pack, double pack, inner foam pouch, or blister pack with other accessories. Carton appearance and printing are specified with it, so the shelf presentation is decided at the factory rather than in your warehouse.

Bundle The Accessories

Nozzles, rubber scrapers, jointing tools, spare parts, batteries and chargers can all be packed with the tool. The JS8615-400ML set ships with a shovel, diamond-shaped gap tool, seam cleaning cone, seam pressing ball set and seam wax hook knife alongside the gun.

Set The Carton Quantity

Pieces per inner box and per master carton vary by model: 12, 20, 24, 30, 40 or 60. Carton dimensions for every model are published, so you can plan container utilisation before you order.

Add Cases Where They Earn Their Cost

The battery guns ship in a moulded plastic carry case, which is what a professional buyer expects with a powered tool and what protects the batteries in transit.

Print The Packaging

Carton artwork, inner box artwork and product tags are printed to your design. Screen printing on tags is available in multiple colours in one pass.

Load And Ship

Cartons are counted against the packing list as they go into the container at our own factory door, so the count on your document is the count that was loaded.

Can I change the pieces per carton?

Yes, within what the carton and the product allow. Tell us your preferred quantity and we will confirm whether it works and what it does to the carton dimensions.

Do you print the cartons or do we supply them?

We print to your artwork. Carton appearance, inner box and product tags are all part of the customisation list, including multi-colour screen printing on tags.

Can accessories be packed in a blister with the gun?

Yes, blister pack with other accessories is one of the standard formats, alongside single pack, double pack and inner foam pouch.

Is barcode labelling available?

Adhesive labels are applied in the position you specify, so barcodes and market-specific labelling can be applied at the factory. Send us the artwork and the placement.

How do I work out container loading?

Every product page publishes the carton dimensions and pieces per carton. For a mixed order, send us the model list and quantities and we will work the loading out with you.

Can one production order cover both retail and trade packing?

Yes, and that is a common reason buyers use us. The same model can be split across a blister retail pack and a bulk trade carton in one order.
