Two-component products only work if both parts leave the cartridge in the right proportion. These six guns hold a fixed mix ratio mechanically: 1:1 for epoxy tile grout, 2:1 for epoxy grout, and 1:4 for rebar injection anchor adhesive. Push forces run from 100 KG to 420 KG.

A two-part adhesive dispensed off-ratio does not cure to strength, and on an anchor that is a structural problem rather than a cosmetic one. These guns fix the ratio in the linkage instead of trusting the operator. The high drive ratios, up to 45:1 on JS8615-2, also mean stiff epoxy can be pushed through a static mixer by hand.

What Makes This Range Different
Ratio Held In The Linkage
JS8612-A and JS8612-B are 1:1, JS8615 is 2:1, JS8610 is 1:4. The two rods are driven together so the proportion cannot drift as the cartridge empties.
Force For Stiff Epoxy
JS8615-3 delivers 420 KG push force with a 500 KG tolerance and a 43:1 drive ratio, the heaviest gun in the range. JS8612-A delivers 250 KG at 30:1 in a plastic body at 1,000 g.
Labour-Saving Linkage
The JS8615-2 and JS8615-3 welded steel models carry a linkage labour-saving device, which is how a 45:1 drive ratio is usable by hand on a full pack of epoxy.
Two Body Constructions
Welded steel with three reinforced supports for heavy site work, or reinforced plastic with the same steel supports for a lighter tool at a lower price. Both use a powdered metallurgy or thickened plunger to resist deformation.

The ratio is built into the gun's linkage, so a 1:1 gun cannot dispense a 1:4 product. Match the gun to the cartridge, every time.

Which ratio do I need?
Match the gun to the cartridge. Most epoxy tile grouts are 1:1, which is JS8612-A, JS8612-B, JS8615-2 or JS8615-3. Epoxy grout at 2:1 is JS8615. Rebar injection anchor adhesive at 1:4 is JS8610.
Will these guns push a full epoxy pack through a static mixer?
That is what the high drive ratios are for. JS8612-B is 50:1, JS8615-2 is 45:1 and JS8615-3 is 43:1, so the trigger effort stays reasonable even with a mixing nozzle fitted.
What is the difference between the plastic and welded steel bodies?
The welded steel JS8615 series carries the highest loads, up to 500 KG tolerance on JS8615-3. The reinforced plastic JS8612 models are lighter and cheaper but still carry three reinforced steel supports to stop the rod slipping.
Can these be supplied in our colour with our logo?
Yes. Standard colours are red, yellow and blue across the range, and logo printing, screen printing and carton design are all available. Minimum order is 2,000 pieces for a customised version.
How do they pack?
JS8615-2 and JS8615-3 pack 12 pieces per carton at 62 x 47 x 35 cm. JS8612-A and JS8612-B pack two per inner box, 20 per carton. JS8610 packs one per poly bag, 20 per carton.
Do you supply the mixing nozzles as well?
Nozzles and accessories are part of the accessory customisation programme and can be packed with the gun. Tell us the cartridge and nozzle thread you use and we will confirm on WhatsApp.
