Both Load Orientations Published
Every model states horizontal and vertical suction separately, from JS8640 at 40 KG and 30 KG through JS8643 at 115 KG and 100 KG to JS8643-2 at 235 KG and 250 KG. You can specify against the way the panel will actually be carried.
Nitrile Rubber Pads
Pads are thickened nitrile rubber, compressed from odourless material, chosen for oil, abrasion and heat resistance. The three-claw models use a 7 mm thickened pad.
Die-Cast And Pressed Aluminium Bodies
Single and dual-claw bodies are thickened aluminium alloy formed by integral die-casting; the three-claw models are precision pressed. JS8642-3 uses a forged steel body for the heaviest articulating duty.
Articulating Models For Curved Work
JS8642-2 and JS8644 add an articulator so the cup and handle pivot, which lets the lifter grip curved panels and work at angles a fixed cup cannot.
Triangular Support On Three-Claw Models
The three-claw frame distributes load through a triangular support rather than a single bar, which raises stability and reduces the risk of one pad peeling and cascading.

Why are the horizontal and vertical ratings different?
A pad resists shear and tension differently. Lifting a panel flat loads the pad differently from carrying it upright, so the two figures are published separately. Always size against the orientation you will actually use, and derate for a wet or dusty surface.
How many claws do I need?
A single cup such as JS8641 at 50 KG horizontal suits small panels and tiles. Dual-claw models cover 90-180 KG. For heavy glass go to the three-claw JS8643 family at 115-235 KG horizontal, or the four-claw JS8644 at 205 KG.
What is the pad made of and can it be replaced?
Thickened nitrile rubber, selected for oil, abrasion and heat resistance. Pads are the wearing part and are available as spares, which matters for rental fleets and glass shops.
Which models work on curved glass?
The articulating models: JS8642-2 with an all-directional aluminium alloy knob, and JS8644 with a four-claw iron alloy articulating link. Both attach at multiple angles rather than needing a flat plane.
What colours and finishes are available?
Yellow, gold, silver, orange, red and black depending on model, in a metal baking-paint or anodised finish. Custom colours are available and the finish also provides the anti-oxidation treatment.
What is the minimum order quantity?
2,000 pieces for a customised version across this category. Cartons are one piece per inner box with 10, 20 or 30 pieces per master carton depending on size.
