JS8615 2:1 Epoxy Grout Gun (Iron Structure Version)
The 2:1 epoxy grout gun, in an iron structure body with three reinforced steel supports: 200 KG push force, 230 KG plus or minus 5 KG tolerance, 30:1, 970 g.

Product Overview
The 2:1 epoxy grout gun, in an iron structure body with three reinforced steel supports: 200 KG push force, 230 KG plus or minus 5 KG tolerance, 30:1, 970 g. The plunger is powdered metallurgy rather than pressed, and the handle is die-cast aluminium with a wavy front profile.

Why Buyers Choose This Model
The Only 2:1 Gun In The Range
Designed for accurate application of epoxy grout at its stated ratio, with the proportion held by the linkage rather than by the operator.
Powdered Metallurgy Plunger
A powdered metallurgy plunger rather than a pressed one, which extends life and resists the deformation that normally ends a grout gun.
Thick Steel Body, Three Supports
A robust thick steel iron body with three reinforced steel supports, providing strong support and preventing deformation under load.
Die-Cast Aluminium Handle
The whole handle is cast from aluminium alloy with a wavy front profile, which reduces operational strain over a long grouting session.
Where It Is Used
- 2:1 epoxy grout on tile and stone
- Continuous professional grouting
- Work where plunger deformation has ended previous guns
- Distributor ranges needing the 2:1 ratio covered
The Buyers This Model Suits
Tile Contractors On 2:1 Products
Uses a 2:1 epoxy grout and cannot substitute a 1:1 gun for it.
Crews That Have Broken Plungers
The powdered metallurgy plunger is the specific answer to that failure.
Distributors Covering All Ratios
Needs 1:1, 2:1 and 1:4 in the range so a customer never has to look elsewhere.
What It Fixes
No 2:1 Option In The Range
Substituting a 1:1 gun on a 2:1 product produces a grout that does not cure to strength. This is the model that removes the temptation.
Plungers Deforming Under Epoxy
Powdered metallurgy resists it where a pressed plunger does not.
Strain Over A Long Session
The die-cast aluminium handle with a wavy front is specified to reduce labour intensity and accelerate the work.
How It Is Built
Thick Steel Iron Body
The grout gun features a robust thick steel iron body and is equipped with three reinforced steel supports, ensuring strong support, preventing deformation, and avoiding scratches.
Alloy Die-Cast Handle
The entire handle is cast from aluminum alloy, providing a sturdy and reliable grip while reducing operational strain.
Wavy Front Handle Design
The wavy front handle design enhances grip, ensuring users experience comfortable and smooth operation.
Powdered Metallurgy Plunger Configuration
The unique powdered metallurgy plunger enhances the grout gun’s durability, extending its lifespan and preventing deformation.
Human-Centric Ergonomic Handle Design
The ergonomically designed handle is optimized to reduce strain during use, allowing workers to operate more comfortably and effortlessly.
Time and Energy Saving
The user-friendly handle design not only reduces labor intensity but also accelerates the application process, boosting efficiency and conserving time and energy.

How This Model Is Made
Parts for the JS8615 are produced in our own workshops in Jinli Town, Zhaoqing. This model uses both routes: its moulded components come off our five horizontal and three vertical injection moulding machines, and its metal parts come off our fifteen automatic punching machines, nine automatic lathes and three welding machines. Tooling is designed and cut in our own mould room, which is why a change to this model does not queue behind another factory's schedule.
Quality Control
- Every model is weighed against its declared net weight during production, so the carton weight on your packing list matches what arrives.
- Stamped parts are produced in house on 15 automatic punching machines and 9 automatic lathes, so dimensional consistency is controlled at source rather than inspected on arrival.
- Moulded parts come off 5 horizontal and 3 vertical injection moulding machines running up to 10,000 mould open-and-close cycles per day, with tooling maintained in our own mould room.
- The quality management system was certified to ISO 9001:2015 in August 2023, with a certificate valid to 31 July 2026.
- Cartons are counted against the packing list as they are loaded into the container at our own factory door.
Certifications
The quality management system was certified to ISO 9001:2015 in August 2023, under standard GB/T19001-2016, for the manufacture and sale of glass caulking guns and sealant guns. The certificate on file runs to 31 July 2026; ask us for the current renewal status before relying on it. A TUV Rheinland assessment was obtained in 2016.
Customisation Options
- Aluminium Tube Anodizing And Colouring: More than 10 colours available; the surface can be given a frosted texture.

Getting The Best Out Of It
Step 1
Confirm the cartridge is 2:1; a 1:1 gun and a 2:1 gun are not interchangeable.
Step 2
Fit the mixing nozzle and discard the first short length of mixed product.
Step 3
Grip the wavy front handle in the palm and work at a steady pace.
Step 4
Clean the powdered metallurgy plunger seat before the epoxy cures on it.
How It Compares In Our Range
Ratio first, then construction.
| JS8612-A | 1:1 in reinforced plastic at 250 KG and 30:1, 1000 g. |
|---|---|
| JS8615-2 | 1:1 welded steel at 200 KG and 45:1 with a labour-saving linkage, 800 g. |
| JS8610 | 1:4 injection anchor adhesive at 170 KG and 30:1. |
JS8615 Questions
Is this a 1:1 or a 2:1 gun?
It is our 2:1 epoxy grout gun. Our own product description also mentions 1:1 application, which is an inconsistency in the original material; confirm the ratio with us against your cartridge before ordering.
What are the ratings?
200 KG push force, 230 KG plus or minus 5 KG maximum tolerance, 30:1 drive ratio, 970 g net weight. Stock colour is red.
What is a powdered metallurgy plunger?
A plunger formed from compacted and sintered metal powder rather than pressed sheet. It is denser and more dimensionally stable, which is why it resists the deformation that ends most grout guns.
How is it packed?
One piece per poly bag, 12 pieces per master carton at 49 x 40 x 22 cm.
What is the minimum order quantity?
2,000 pieces for a customised version.
Trades That Use This Model
Tile And Stone Installation
Epoxy grout guns, pointing guns and slab lifters for tiling and stonework
Structural Anchoring And Rebar Fixing
1:4 injection anchor adhesive guns for post-installed rebar and anchor bolts
Construction Sealing And Waterproofing
Cartridge, sausage and powered guns for joint sealing and waterproofing trades
Guides That Cover This Model
Choosing A Two-Component Gun By Mix Ratio
The ratio is built into the gun's linkage, so a 1:1 gun cannot dispense a 1:4 product. Match the gun to the cartridge, every time.
